Welcome to Rapide Service, a platform connecting users, couriers, and merchants for the rapid delivery of products. By using our service, you fully accept these General Terms of Use (GTU).
1. Definitions
Rapid Service: The application and platform connecting users, delivery people, and merchants.
User: Any natural or legal person using Rapide Service to order a delivery.
Delivery Person: Any natural or legal person registered on the platform to make deliveries.
Merchant: Any company, retailer, or service provider offering products for delivery via Rapide Service.
2. Acceptance of the General Terms of Use
Use of Rapide Service implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use. Any access to the platform constitutes an agreement to comply with these terms.
3. Access and Use of the Platform
3.1. For Users
The user must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information upon registration.
The user is responsible for the order placed and the associated payment.
Any complaints must be addressed via the Rapide Service support interface.
3.2. For Delivery Drivers
The delivery driver must be of legal age and in possession of the required legal documents to make deliveries.
They agree to respect delivery times and handle products with care.
Rapide Service is not responsible for any traffic violations committed by the delivery driver.
3.3. For Merchants
The merchant guarantees the conformity and quality of the products offered for sale on the platform.
They must ensure that orders are prepared within the indicated timeframes.
They are responsible for product descriptions and any errors.
4. Pricing and Payments
Delivery prices are set by the platform and may be adjusted based on distances and delivery times. Payments are made via secure methods integrated into Rapide Service.
Deliverers and merchants receive their payments after deduction of applicable commissions.
5. Responsibilities
Rapide Service acts as an intermediary and declines all responsibility for the quality of the products delivered.
In the event of a dispute between a user, a delivery person, or a merchant, Rapide Service will facilitate mediation without guaranteeing compensation.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
The user may cancel an order according to the conditions defined by Rapide Service.
Refunds are subject to approval by Rapide Service and may vary depending on the situation (order in the process of being delivered, non-compliant product, etc.).
7. Personal Data and Confidentiality
Rapide Service collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws.
Each user may request the deletion or modification of their data by contacting support. 8. Termination
Rapide Service reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in the event of non-compliance with the Terms of Service, fraud, or inappropriate behavior.
9. Modifications to the Terms of Service
Rapide Service may modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of updates via the platform.
10. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws in force in the country where Rapide Service is registered. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred before any legal action.

Users accept the delivery fees displayed at the time of ordering. Payment is made via the application, and Rapide Service is responsible for redistributing the amounts to delivery drivers and merchants.
